The Scott & Hoffnagle Scholarship Fund (the “Fund”) is excited to offer Scholarship Awards for the Continuing Education of individuals pursuing higher education.  2024 will be our 10th continuous year of our Sporting Clays Fund Raising event and awarding scholarships to deserving students.  The first fund raising event was created in 2015 to honor the loss of CFPC’s Founding Members; Steven E. Scott and Paul W. Hoffnagle.  That first year CFPC awarded $750 to one student. Over the past 9 years CFPC has awarded over $170,000 scholarships.

Commonwealth Fire Protection Company [CFPC] and the Scott & Hoffnagle Scholarship Award Fund are proud to announce, in 2024 we will award $35,000.

$10,000.00 – 2023 Top Award Winner – Emily Fasig of Mt. Joy, Pa. who will be attending the University of Delaware studying Construction Engineering & Management.

$7,500.00 – 2023 Award Winner – Dominic Viozzi of Lebanon, Pa. who will be attending Bucknell University for Civil Engineering.

$7,500.00 – 2023 Award Winner – Aubrie Thomas of Harrisburg, Pa. who will be attending PSU for Architecture.

$5,000.00 – 2023 Award Winner – Wyatt Patula of Hershey, Pa. who will be attending the PSU studying Computer Science.

$10,000.00 – 2022 Top Award Winner – #scholarship will be presented to #ColbySnyder of Reading, Pa. who will be attending the University of Pennsylvania studying Chemical Engineering and Physics in the VIPER program.

$7,500.00 – 2022 Award Winner – Connor Joyce of Elizabethtown, Pa. who will be attending Gettysburg College, for Political Science.

$5,000.00 – 2022 Award Winner – Evan Grove of Hanover, Pa. who will be attending the University of Pennsylvania studying Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering.

$5,000 – 2022 Award Winner – Michael Singley of Duncannon, Pa who will be attending Grove City College, studying Mechanical Engineering.  

$5,000 – 2022 Award Winner – Chloe Ann Plesic of York Springs, Pa. will be attending the University of Pittsburgh in the Nursing curriculum.

$10,000 – 2021 Top Award Winner – Tyler Sellers of Kirkwood, Pa – Attending Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology too study HVAC Technologies.
